SEO gets you ranked. GEO gets you recommended.

Buyers are starting their search inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. They ask that question and act on whatever name the assistant returns. GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — gets you recommended. TITUS wasn't in those answers. I made the case that it should be, then made it happen.

  • Ran a competitive AI-visibility audit — who the assistants were naming for our niches, and why.
  • Executed the technical layer: schema and author markup, a Wikidata knowledge-graph entity, Google Business Profile and directory authority, and an llms.txt.
  • Built an answer-first content engine — structured to be the quotable answer — with a legal-accuracy QA workflow.
  • Benchmarked everything in GA4 and Search Console.
What it produced — the answer
Ask Perplexity “which Hong Kong law firms specialise in virtual assets, fintech and Web3?” — and TITUS is named first.
  • +183% organic search impressions, year on year
  • ~2× organic clicks — roughly doubled
  • 23.5 → 8.2 average Google position — page three to page one

Verifiable, not a claim — ask Perplexity yourself and TITUS comes up first for Hong Kong virtual-asset and fintech law. A repeatable GEO playbook the firm owns, plus measurable organic growth from the bilingual content engine. This website is built to the same standard — a live exemplar.

Shadow Factory sold genuinely new technology — blockchain, AI, extended reality, immersive training — into large, conservative enterprises that needed to be convinced, not just pitched.

Two related businesses — a law firm spanning corporate, IP, litigation, family, immigration, fintech, virtual assets and fund structuring, plus an affiliated corporate-services arm — needed the full function built from nothing.
